To process payments with a bank account, we use a service called Plaid. This allows us to connect to your account information through a secure login with your credentials directly with your financial institution. If you have any issues locating your bank, it may be due to how they are associated with Plaid, or it is possible that Plaid is unable to link directly with your account.
Confirming how you are searching for your bank, or if there is another legal name the institution may go by, might help. If you are still having issues, you may be able to still link your account with account and routing numbers through the integrated Plaid flow. This will allow you to directly enter your account and routing number with some basic information to verify the account. You also can always use another method of payment, such as a debit card or check.
