Unfortunately, there will be times when we cannot approve a Donate Now, Pay Later™ loan. It may be due to some information we need to verify, incorrect personal information, or simply circumstances where we are unable to offer our service.
Since we utilize TransUnion for a soft credit check (don’t worry, the check will not impact your credit) you must ensure all information is entered as it would appear on your credit file.
Common issues include:
- Incorrect date of birth
- Business address entered instead of residential address
- Address Issue (i.e. missing street number, or appt number)
- Abbreviated name, or nickname
- You have placed a credit freeze on your credit file - in this case please visit www.transunion.com/credit-freeze to temporarily remove the freeze and allow your application to continue
In any event, there should be more information provided via popup and email when we are unable to approve an application. Fortunately, you can always try again if you believe you may have had any of the above issues with your personal information, or if your circumstances and credit report change.
