I received an error message while trying to pay, what can I do?
We first recommend attempting to pay again, but sometimes logging out and logging back in may help resolve the issue. Depending on the error you are seeing, you can also attempt to pay with a different payment method.
If you are unable to resolve your issue, please reach out to us right away! We should either be able to help resolve the problem or manually process the payment on your behalf. Screenshots of the issue you are seeing can oftentimes be helpful for us to troubleshoot the problem. Please be sure any sensitive payment information is removed from any information you provide to us.

I was charged the wrong amount
If there was an error regarding the amount you were charged, we are here to help find out what might be going on! First, it is best to review your original donation loan documentation, and how it appears in your B Generous donor account, which can be accessed here: B Generous Donor Account
You can find your original loan documentation when viewing the proper donation loan in the “Active Accounts” list and then the “Documents” tab, or you can search for B Generous in your email to find the documents attached to our email when you first used Donate Now, Pay Later.
If the information there still does not seem to add up to the charges you are seeing on your account, you may also want to make sure there was not a charge from your bank for insufficient funds. These can sometimes appear similar to the originating charge made to the account, though they are not charged by us. If this is not the case, please reach out to us and provide a screenshot of the recent charge for your donation loan. It is important to be sure any sensitive information is not visible in anything you send to help us investigate.
