First off, be sure to login to your B Generous donor account with the following link and navigate to the account you would like to pay off: B Generous Donor Account
If you would first like to generate a payoff statement, you can click on “Loan Options” and “Get payoff statement.” Here you will see all the information you will need regarding your loan payoff.
If you would like to complete the payoff online, be sure you are looking at the account in question where you can click on “Make a payment.” From here, you will be able to select to pay off the remaining balance and choose the payment method you would like to use. If you would like to use a different payment method than those listed, you can easily add another to your account online.
