Information and how to resolve a late payments
If you ever fall behind, don’t worry! We want to make sure your generosity never comes at a cost, so we never charge any late fees or interest.
You will be able to manage your account and resolve late payments, from your B Generous donor account found here: B Generous Donor Account
Once logged in, navigate to the loan in question, from the active accounts on the left. Here you will see options to make payments, schedule payments, and set up autopay to help you get back on track and stay there.

Why did my payment fail?
Unfortunately, we might not be able to tell exactly why your payment failed. Any information that we may have from the transaction should be included in any email communications that were sent to you.
If your payment failed, don’t worry, we never charge any late fees or interest.
If you continue to have issues with your payment method failing, we recommend reaching out to your bank for additional information they may have from the charge attempts.
