How do I change my payment information?
Updating your payment information is something you can easily complete in your B Generous online account here: B Generous Donor Account
To update your payment information, you will need to first click on the loan from the “Active Accounts” list on the left. You will then find “Manage payment methods” listed under the “Loan options” menu. You will be able to add debit cards, ACH details, or link your bank account through a secure login.
Once you have added the payment method you would like to use, you will need to make sure Autopay is set up correctly on all of your active accounts. “Manage Autopay” can also be found from the “Loan options” menu. If you do not have Autopay set up, you can also set your schedule from here. Otherwise, you can schedule payments or make a one-time payment from any active loans.
Please make sure you complete updating any Autopay settings on all active loans.
My debit card expired or is no longer valid
If your card has expired, you can edit your card details, including the expiration date from your active loans and “Manage payment methods” under the “Loan options menu.” If your card details have changed, you can also add a new payment method from this screen.
When changing any payment method information, it is important that you update any Autopay settings on all of your active accounts from the “Manage Autopay” page.
How can I make a payment via check?
For anyone that is unable to make payments online and link their payment methods, we do offer the option of payment by check. It is important if you are switching to paying by check that you ensure Autopay is turned off for the account in question.
Please be sure to send your check by your due date to the address below. Make your checks payable to “Drake Bank with B Generous” and please write on your checks your mobile phone number.
