How do I sign in to my account?
To sign in to your B Generous account, you will need either the phone number or the email that was used when you first signed up. After entering the number used, you will receive a text message with a verification code for login. If, for any reason, you are not able to receive the text message, you should have options to receive the verification code by call or email.

I forgot or no longer have the phone number to login
If you have forgotten the phone number you used when signing up, this information will be in the documentation you would have received by email. Searching your inbox for B Generous, or the name of the nonprofit, should help you find what you need.
In the event this is a phone number you no longer have access to, no problem! You can still enter the number at login and then request the code be sent to your email. Once you are logged in, you can update your phone number by navigating to settings from the drop down under your name.
If you are unable to receive verification codes on your phone and email, we suggest first searching your commonly used email addresses for B Generous, or the nonprofit, to ensure you are using the right information.
