Can I make a donation on behalf of my business or just as an individual?
At this time, our product is only available for individual donors. We are always working on new ways to B Generous, so stay tuned!
Can I make my donation recurring after I've paid it off?
Once you complete repayment on your loan, you are free to set up another Donate Now, Pay Later™ loan! You will receive notice from us upon completion, at which point you simply return to your nonprofit of choice to place another donation.
We are always working on new, simpler ways for donors to make donations to nonprofits, so keep an eye out for new features in the future.
Do you offer lines of credit?
Currently, we only offer single donation loans, not lines of credit. However, we are exploring ways to unlock more financial flexibility to make donations to your favorite nonprofits. That includes the possibility of a revolving line of credit for you to be able to donate with.
We will be sure to keep you informed on any new ways you are able to B Generous!
How are my monthly payment amounts determined?
Once you select your donation amount when making a donation with B Generous, you will be shown different options for the length of time for your repayment. You will pay nothing up front and interest free monthly payments will be shown to you based on the length of the repayment term you selected.
You will see all the terms and options right at the time of donation, including the monthly payments for your repayment plan.
Why is my last payment slightly different from others?
Your last monthly payment may be slightly higher or lower based on how the total amount of your donation is divided into monthly installments. Any additional funds that cannot be divided evenly will simply be adjusted on your last payment. If we could split it into fractions of cents, we would!
